(吉隆坡23日讯)世界各国越发重视儿童饮食教育,秉持着对食物教育的愿景,森态 (O Sentai)对链接孩子与食物拥有重要使命,因此积极跨领域,透过多元体验活动建立儿童食物认知、食物原型和营养,逐渐培养人们的选食力,进而关爱土地与身边人事物。
(Kuala Lumpur, Jan 23) With growing global attention on children’s food education, O Sentai is committed to its mission of connecting kids with food. Through cross-disciplinary collaborations and interactive activities, fostering children's understanding of food, whole foods, and nutrition, gradually nurturing informed food choices while encouraging care for the land and the people around them.
因这股对食物教育的热诚,加上配合联合国永续发展目标(SDGs),经过1年的反复整合,森态推出以我国食物为基础的《美食大赢家》食物教育桌游卡牌。森态创办人胡静怡说,《美食大赢家》是一款大马特色美食桌游,让大家在享受美味、好玩之际,更认识大马食物及其营养和组合。她指出,《美食大赢家》是“2023年可持续旅游企划案大赛”得奖作品之一,该桌游成为了另一种旅游美食推广者的可能。
Driven by this passion for food education and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), O Sentai spent a year refining and integrating ideas before launching "Winner of Delicacies", a Malaysian food–themed educational card game. The founder, Foo Ching Yee (Cyeefoo) explained that "Winner of Delicacies" is not just a fun and engaging card game, but also a way to introduce players to Malaysian dishes, their nutrition, and how they come together.
她解释,透过卡牌可推动雪州旅游业的持续发展,因为旅客踏足一个国家时,会寻找当地的美食,如此一来,该卡牌使旅客对美食有一定的了解,甚至将其变成手信,让旅客带回国家分享给亲戚朋友。“我希望未来可以做更深一层的食物教育,把食物背后的饮食文化故事,特别是友族同胞的食物记录,为马来西亚的食物教育贡献一份力量,让这些文化遗产得以传承。”
She noted that the game was one of the winners of the 2023 Sustainable Tourism Pitching Competition, positioning it as a new way to promote local culinary tourism. She added that the game can support the sustainable growth of Selangor’s tourism industry, since travelers often seek out local food when visiting a country. The cards give them insights into Malaysian cuisine and can even serve as unique souvenirs to share with family and friends back home. “I hope to take food education a step further in the future,” she said, “by telling the cultural stories behind these dishes, especially those from our multicultural communities, so that Malaysia’s food heritage can be preserved and passed on.”


针对《美食大赢家》的理念,胡静怡想要用最轻松且游戏的方式,让大家重新认识身边的食物。
Speaking about the idea behind “Winner of Delicacies”, Foo Ching Yee shared that her goal is to use a lighthearted, game-based approach to help people rediscover the food around them.
他解释,在日常生活中,人们已渐渐忘记食物的均衡对身体的重要性,对食物没有特别的知觉,因此《美食大赢家》游戏卡牌延续了食物教育的理念,集合小时候曾经玩过的卡牌,还有一些游戏玩法,将38道各族的美食以游戏卡牌的方式呈现。
She explained that in daily life, people are gradually forgetting the importance of a balanced diet and often lack awareness about food. The card game continues the mission of food education by blending familiar childhood card games with playful mechanics, featuring 38 dishes from Malaysia’s diverse cultures in a fun, interactive way.
“众所周知,我们处于多元文化的国度,除了有中式料理,还有马来料理及印度料理,这些料理与我们的生活息息相关,奈何我们仅了解到自己文化的料理。”
“As we all know, we live in a multicultural country. Besides Chinese cuisine, there are also Malay and Indian dishes, all closely tied to our daily lives. Unfortunately, many of us only know the food from our own culture,” she said.
“其他料理非常值得我们去发掘,例如Longtong、Nasi Kerabu、Sambal Tahun、Nasi Ambeng等等。”
“There are so many other dishes worth exploring, such as Lontong, Nasi Kerabu, Sambal Tahun, and Nasi Ambeng.”
她指出,截止目前,其能力范围所能搜集到的国内外有关游戏卡牌,似乎没有特别针对食物做较为深入的解读,所以《美食大赢家》将38道食物的各别食材,以游戏的方式呈现给大家,希望可唤起公众,特别是小朋友对食物的深入了解,这是她创造《美食大赢家》游戏卡牌的初衷。
Cyeefoo pointed out that, so far, both locally and internationally, she hasn’t come across card games that explore food in such depth. With "Winner of Delicacies", each of the 38 dishes is broken down into its individual ingredients and presented through gameplay. She hopes this will spark greater awareness, especially among children, about food, nutrition, and culture. This, she emphasized, is the original motivation behind creating "Winner of Delicacies".

有关《美食大赢家》游戏卡牌食物背后的营养属性,胡静怡觉得,这是该游戏卡牌用心的地方,每个食材在卡牌上都标着不同的颜色,不同颜色代表食物背后的营养属性。
When it comes to the nutritional aspects behind the foods in “Winner of Delicacies”, Cyeefoo emphasized that this is where the game truly shows its thoughtfulness. Each ingredient card is marked with a different color, with each color representing a specific nutritional value.
“我们可以透过游戏了解每餐高度摄入碳水化合物,蔬菜的摄入则处于非常低的状态。”
“Through the game, we can see, for example, how a meal might be high in carbohydrates while the intake of vegetables is very low,” she explained.
“该游戏要达到的目的是食物营养,这亦是食物教育的其中一环,因此透过食物游戏卡牌,让大家重新认识食物的营养种类,并反思一天摄入的营养是多少?如此一来,可以提高大家对食物营养种类的意识,进而在选择食物上会比较谨慎,从而达到提升个人健康意识,特别是小朋友。”
She added that the main goal of the game is to highlight food nutrition, which is an essential part of food education. By engaging with the cards, players can rediscover the different types of nutrients in their meals and reflect on how much of each they consume in a day. This process not only raises awareness about nutritional balance but also encourages more mindful food choices, ultimately promoting better health, especially among children.

雪州旅游局项目经理蔡依霖认为,这游戏卡牌是拥有生命,且有画面呈现,可以变成一个美食的参考。
Tourism Selangor Project Manager, Chua Yee Ling, described the card game as “alive,” with vivid visuals that can also serve as a reference for food.
她希望可透过游戏卡牌让全民推动当地的美食,亦希望透过游戏卡牌的方式,让更多外国人可以深入了解马来西亚美食背后的料理及营养属性。
She expressed hope that the game could inspire Malaysians to promote local cuisine nationwide, while also offering foreigners a deeper understanding of the dishes and nutritional values behind Malaysian food.
