【雪州旅游局可持续旅游企划案大赛】 15强获奖者名单出炉 [Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition] Top 15 Winners Announcement

（莎阿南14日讯）一直以来，雪兰莪州旅游局都一直持续为雪州旅游业者实施的绿色倡议及可持续发展项目提供支持。为了加大推广的力度，雪州政府特别透过雪州旅游局举办了“可持续旅游企划案大赛”。

(Shah Alam, Aug 14) , Tourism Selangor has consistently supported green initiatives and sustainable development projects by tourism operators in the state. To further boost these efforts, the Government of Selangor organised the "Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition 2023" through Tourism Selangor.

“可持续旅游企划案大赛 ”从今年7月2日起征件，共征得62份企划，企划皆来自民间的组织和团体。此次的企划案大赛开放给在地旅游业者、文创业者、学术机构、非营利组织等。最终有25支高潜质入围队伍晋级决赛圈，评审针对他们的实体讲演呈现，最后选出本届的15组获奖者，各组将个别获得 1万令吉企划执行补助金以及参赛证书。

The competition, which began accepting submissions on July 2nd this year, received a total of 62 proposals from various community organisations and groups. It was open to local tourism operators, entrepreneurs, academic institutions, and non-profit organisations. In the end, 25 high-potential teams advanced to the finals, where they presented their ideas in person to the judges. From these, 15 winners were selected, each awarded RM10,000 in project funding, along with a certificate of participation.

此次可持续旅游企划案大赛以与雪兰莪州相关的17个联合国目标为主题。这些目标包括以下方面：

Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition 2023 aligned with all 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with special focus on these key areas relevant to Selangor:

1）消除贫困 Zero Poverty

2）消除饥饿 Zero Hunger

3）促进健康和福祉 Good health and Well-Being

4）提供优质教育 Quality Education

5）实现性别平等 Gender Equality

6）确保清洁水和卫生设施 Clean Water and Sanitation

7）促进可负担的清洁能源 Affordable and Clean Energy

8）促进体面工作和经济发展 Decent Work and Economic Growth

9）促进工业、创新和基础设施建设 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

10）减少不平等现象 Reduced Inequalities

11）建设可持续城市和社区 Sustainable Cities and Communities

12）推动负责任的消费和生产 Responsible Consumption and Production

13）采取气候行动 Climate Action

14）保护水下生态系统 Life below Water

15）保护陆地生态系统 Life on Land

16）维护和平、正义和强大的机构 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions

17）促进目标实现的伙伴关系 Partnerships for the Goals

雪州旅游局“可持续旅游企划案大赛” (Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition 2023)的评审共有五位，分别是：雪兰莪州资讯科技与数字经济机构（SIDEC）总营运长-卢传文、雪州大臣机构企业社会责任部主任-阿末阿兹里、马来西亚理工大学旅游规划学教授-阿姆兰·哈姆扎博士、雪州旅游局总执行长-阿兹鲁沙、雪州旅游局产业发展部经理-蔡依霖。The judging panel for "Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition 2023", consisted of 5 members: Chief Operating Officer of Selangor Information Technology and Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) - Loo Chuan Boon, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Communications, Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporated (MBI) - Ahmad Azri, Professor in Tourism Planning at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia - Dr. Amran Hamzah, Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Selangor - Azrul Shah, Manager of Industry Development and Business Networking of Tourism Selangor - Chua Yee Ling.

雪州旅游局产业发展部经理蔡依霖充满希望地表示，连续进行了三届的雪州旅游局企划案大赛不仅成为了卓越的投案平台，也为雪州旅游局带来了许多充满热情和才华的团队，共同助力雪州旅游事业的繁荣。有才华的团队将协助推动雪州旅游的发展。今年，选择了联合国永续发展目标（Sustainable Development Goals，SDGs）作为主题，她真诚期待它能够激发觉醒的力量，倡导更加负责任和可持续的旅游模式。她对此届企划案大赛感到欣慰，因为从中看到了众多计划提出了具备巨大潜力且充满希望的构想。”

Chua Yee Ling, Manager of Industry Development and Business Networking of Tourism Selangor expressed her optimism, noting that over its three consecutive editions, the Tourism Selangor Pitching Competition has not only become an excellent platform for innovative proposal but has also discovered passionate talents who will drive Selangor's tourism growth. This year’s choice of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the theme, she hopes that it will spark awareness and promote a more responsible, sustainable model of tourism. She was also truly inspired by this year’s competition, as many of the proposals presented showcased both great potential and promising ideas.

评审之一的阿姆兰·哈姆扎博士也表示，举办企划案大赛是促进州政府与民间旅游业者合作发展的一个极佳方案。通过公开竞标的方式寻求创意丰富的旅游企划案，这将极大地有利于旅游业的发展。

One of the judges, Dr. Amran Hamzah, remarked that hosting this competition is an excellent way to foster collaboration between the state government and local tourism operators. By inviting creative tourism proposals through an open pitching process, the initiative greatly benefits the growth of the tourism industry.

最后，雪州旅游局总执行长-阿兹鲁沙表示，企划案大赛已成为雪州旅游局的一个重要的年度赛事。今年的“可持续旅游企划案大赛”将有助于推动雪州旅游业的可持续发展。他对参与者们的辛勤备赛和创意表示感激，并期待看到这些构想如何为雪州的旅游产业带来新的突破和增长。

Finally, CEO of Tourism Selangor, Azrul Shah, stated that the competition has become an important annual initiative. This year will play a vital role in driving the sustainable development of Selangor’s tourism sector. He expressed his gratitude for the participants’ hard work and creativity, and he looks forward to seeing how these ideas will bring new breakthroughs and growth to the industry.
