What is food education?

Food education is a life skill that has gained increasing recognition worldwide in recent years. By understanding food, we learn to appreciate it, reduce waste, and ultimately cultivate respect for the land. At O SenTai, we aim to arouse the public's awareness of eating habits and encourage people to pay attention to the food they eat. We hope to empower the next generation to take care of themselves and, in doing so, extend that care to society and the environment, thereby improving our overall food ecosystem.

Food is the main way for humans to obtain nutrition. A balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health, preventing diseases, and supporting growth and development. Good eating habits play a key role in comprehensive nutritional intake and maintaining good health.
