Sentai was officially established in October 2022. It is a social enterprise that uses food education and food crisis as a starting point to reawaken the public's attention to their own diet. From three different perspectives: food and environment, food nutrition, and food and culture, it guides discussion, learning, and self-improvement, so that the public can establish healthier and better eating habits and reduce the harm of chronic diseases to the human body. At the same time, through food education, we can have a deeper understanding that all things come from Mother Earth, and while obtaining food, we can reduce the burden on the living environment, and work together to move towards a better society and living environment.
